How to scan documents to PDF with iPhone

No scanner needed. Scan with the camera; Readhill finds the edges of the page, straightens it and makes a clean PDF.

Step by step

1. Open Scan

   In the library, choose Scan from the + New menu. The camera opens.

2. Frame the page

   Lay the paper flat on a dark surface. When the edges are found, the photo is taken by itself.

3. Add more pages

   For a multi-page document, scan the pages in order; they all become one PDF.

4. Save

   Tap Save. The document waits for you under Scanned in the library.

Tips

• In an open notebook you can also scan from Add page; the scanned page is added to the notebook.
• Write on the scanned PDF, sign it or merge it with another document.
