Topladığımız veriler
Varsayılan olarak açık olan "Kullanım istatistiklerini paylaş" seçeneği, hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını (örneğin "belge açıldı", "tarama yapıldı", "arama yapıldı") ve uygulama sürümü, iOS sürümü, cihaz türü, dil gibi genel bilgileri sayar. Bu sayaçlar kimliğinle eşleştirilmez, reklam ya da takip için kullanılmaz ve başka şirketlerle paylaşılmaz. Belge içeriği, dosya adları, notlar, çizimler, konum ve iletişim bilgileri hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Sayaçları gizlilik odaklı TelemetryDeck hizmeti (Almanya, AB) işler; cihaz tanıtıcıları cihazda tek yönlü özetlenir. Ayarlar > Gizlilik > "Kullanım istatistiklerini paylaş" kapatılınca hiçbir sayaç gönderilmez. Bunun dışında kişisel veri toplamayız; uygulamada reklam ya da takip yazılımı yoktur.
Belgelerin ve notların
Eklediğin PDF'ler, not defterleri, vurgular, notlar, çizimler ve yer imleri yalnızca cihazında, Readhill'in kendi klasöründe saklanır. iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeğini açtıysan bu dosyalar Apple'ın yedeklemesine dahil olabilir; bu yedeklere biz erişemeyiz.
Sunucu bağlantıları (WebDAV)
Bir WebDAV sunucusu eklersen Readhill dosyaları doğrudan cihazın ile o sunucu arasında aktarır. Parolan yalnızca cihazının anahtar zincirinde (Keychain) saklanır. Bu bağlantılar bizim sunucularımızdan geçmez.
Wi-Fi ile aktarım
"Wi-Fi ile aktar" ekranı açıkken cihazında yalnızca yerel ağda erişilebilen küçük bir web sunucusu çalışır. Her açılışta değişen bir kodla korunur ve ekrandan çıkınca kapanır. Aktarılan dosyalar yerel ağın dışına çıkmaz.
Adresten indirme
Bir PDF bağlantısı girdiğinde Readhill dosyayı doğrudan o adresten indirir. Bu istek, gittiğin sitenin kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.
Kamera
Kamera yalnızca belge taramak ya da fotoğrafı sayfa olarak eklemek için, senin isteğinle kullanılır. Görüntüler cihazında kalır.
Satın almalar
İleride uygulama içi satın alma sunulursa ödeme tamamen Apple tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerine erişemeyiz.
Çocuklar
Readhill hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

Privacy Policy

Data we collect
The "Share usage statistics" option, on by default, counts which features are used (for example "document opened", "scan used", "search used") plus general details such as app version, iOS version, device type and language. These counts are not linked to your identity, not used for advertising or tracking, and not shared with other companies. Document contents, file names, notes, drawings, location and contact details are never sent. Counts are processed by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused service (Germany, EU); device identifiers are hashed one-way on the device. Turning off Settings > Privacy > "Share usage statistics" stops all counts. Apart from this we collect no personal data, and the app contains no advertising or tracking software.
Your documents and notes
The PDFs, notebooks, highlights, notes, drawings and bookmarks you add are stored only on your device, in Readhill's own folder. If you use iCloud or computer backups, these files may be part of Apple's backup; we have no access to those backups.
Server connections (WebDAV)
If you add a WebDAV server, Readhill transfers files directly between your device and that server. Your password is stored only in your device's Keychain. These connections never pass through our servers.
Wi-Fi transfer
While the "Wi-Fi transfer" screen is open, a small web server runs on your device that can only be reached on your local network. It is protected by a code that changes every time and stops when you leave the screen. Transferred files never leave your local network.
Download from an address
When you enter a PDF link, Readhill downloads the file directly from that address. That request is subject to the privacy terms of the site you visit.
Camera
The camera is used only when you ask, to scan documents or add a photo as a page. Images stay on your device.
Purchases
If in-app purchases are offered in the future, payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
Children
Readhill collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Datos que recopilamos
La opción "Compartir estadísticas de uso", activada por defecto, cuenta qué funciones se usan (por ejemplo "documento abierto", "escaneo", "búsqueda") y datos generales como la versión de la app, la versión de iOS, el tipo de dispositivo y el idioma. Estos recuentos no se vinculan a tu identidad, no se usan para publicidad ni seguimiento y no se comparten con otras empresas. Nunca se envían el contenido de los documentos, nombres de archivo, notas, dibujos, ubicación ni datos de contacto. Los recuentos los procesa TelemetryDeck, un servicio centrado en la privacidad (Alemania, UE); los identificadores del dispositivo se resumen de forma irreversible en el propio dispositivo. Al desactivar Ajustes > Privacidad > "Compartir estadísticas de uso" no se envía ningún recuento. Aparte de esto no recopilamos datos personales y la app no contiene software de publicidad ni seguimiento.
Tus documentos y notas
Los PDF, cuadernos, resaltados, notas, dibujos y marcadores que añades se guardan solo en tu dispositivo, en la carpeta propia de Readhill. Si usas copias de seguridad de iCloud o del ordenador, estos archivos pueden formar parte de esa copia de Apple; no tenemos acceso a ella.
Conexiones a servidores (WebDAV)
Si añades un servidor WebDAV, Readhill transfiere los archivos directamente entre tu dispositivo y ese servidor. Tu contraseña se guarda solo en el llavero de tu dispositivo. Estas conexiones nunca pasan por nuestros servidores.
Transferencia por Wi-Fi
Mientras la pantalla "Transferencia por Wi-Fi" está abierta, en tu dispositivo funciona un pequeño servidor web al que solo se puede acceder desde tu red local. Está protegido por un código que cambia cada vez y se detiene al salir de la pantalla. Los archivos transferidos nunca salen de tu red local.
Descargar desde una dirección
Cuando introduces un enlace a un PDF, Readhill descarga el archivo directamente desde esa dirección. Esa solicitud está sujeta a las condiciones de privacidad del sitio que visitas.
Cámara
La cámara solo se usa cuando tú lo pides, para escanear documentos o añadir una foto como página. Las imágenes se quedan en tu dispositivo.
Compras
Si en el futuro se ofrecen compras dentro de la app, el pago lo gestiona por completo Apple; nunca vemos tus datos de pago.
Menores
Readhill no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de menores.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, la versión vigente se publicará en esta página con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor.
